What's your biggest challenge in dealing with your toddler(s)?

I have twin girls. It's hard to find something that they BOTH will eat!

Mine scream very often, when mad, excited, sitting in the car, walking around the house, in the grocery store... you name it. I have tried to ignore it. I've tried to say "no scream" in a low voice looking in their eyes. I've tried a spank with a spoon accompanied with a "no". It doesn't stop. Have you ever had anything like this?? How do you discipline?
