Share 'Behavoir with a Child in my class'

I have a toddler in my classroom whom i am having difficults with she likes to sratch, bite and hit the other children alot of the times for no reason. No one normally does anything to her I have tried redirecting her to a different activity or whatever it may be and I can't get the girl to stop with this problem.
